Backups Cannot find drives

The automatic backup function can only back up to the C-Drive where the FM application resides. This is discouraged by Filemaker. Nonetheless, the backup scheduler is unable to find other logical or mapped drives. I can browse them and put them into the command line but at run time they are not found. Any soultions?

You have to remember that FMS runs on top of NT, not within the GUI. My guess is the syntax you are using is from the NT interface, which is probably not recognized by FMS (DOS mode). Try connecting to the connected volumes via the DOS window - then use that syntax.
