Hi

Very green with scriptmaster (and groovy), though been meaning to try it out for a while. very very cool.

Am looking to get the track length of a bunch of wav files into fields in Filemaker. Can someone point me in the right direction. Do I need a quicktime/audio jar library?

Yes, I believe you can use quicktime for this purpose. There are probably other Java libraries that can be used for this purpose.

In either case you will need to start by looking at the API documentation.

We can definitely provide an estimate to write this module for you, we've used QT for Java extensively for video playback, and I believe that code will translate well for your purpose.

due to time pressures I sorted with some good old manual data import from itunes export but will look into options and give you guys a shout if it becomes a regular thing.
