We haven an Windows Nt 4.0 Server, with filemaker Pro server 5.0. When we schedule a backup it only works on our C drive, not on any other drive. I also installed the 5.0 V2 update but the problem is still here.

I've run across the same problem. I have made it to work, but it is not reliable.

A workaround is to have FMS back up to a separate folder on the C drive, then create a batch file to copy the back up folder to another drive. Set the NT Task Scheduler to run the batch file - just make sure you give FMS plenty of time to do the back up before the Task Scheduler runs the batch file.
