Slow on Refreshing form.

Slow on Refreshing form. Occurs when clicking in different fields in the form, opening the form, and updating data in form. Have filemaker pro 8 advanced and tried filemaker pro 10 demo. Both were slow.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
