Hi,

We are looking to build a database that will contain a lot of pictures. To keep the database small we would like to store the pictures as a reference. Our concern is that in the future we might want to move the folders around or upgrade to FM server. How do we ensure that the picture links are not lost when we move things around?

You could always use a standard drive letter on eveyone's box to the images location. Then even if you move the folders to a new path, all that they would have to do it change the drive mapping.
