July 4, 200916 yr Hi, I am new to FM and am currently studying scripting. What i am trying to do is create a solution where records are automatically added from one DB to another if they fall under said conditions. In this case, i have a list of interviewees and a list of employees. They are separate databases and i want to trigger a script so that every time a record is modified to HIRED it will add that record to my list of employees, and furthermore add that contact to my address book under a group called employees. July 7, 200916 yr See attached old file which could be adapted to fit your needs. The transfer of one record to another file (and back again) is triggered by a button - I don't have version 10 so have no experience with script triggers as you request. Archive.zip
