Hello everyone! I have a website where we have form mail send us from customer input information.

That information comes to us via a xml file. (included)

I need help on how to edit this file so we can import it into FM.

You don't need to edit the file. You do need a custom stylesheet to transform the file into Filemaker's own XML grammar during importing - see attached.
