hollyheadhunter Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 (edited) Hello - Using SuperContainer, how can I display a PDF's image in a Web Viewer? When I replace "Files" with "RawData" in the URL, it works *if* a file is present; if no file is present, it displays an error message. Edited July 12, 2009 by Guest
Jesse Barnum Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Hi Holly - that's how it's supposed to work. RawData just shows the actual resource itself with no HTML/Java applet for uploading, so if there's nothing there, it has nothing to show. Is there a different way you'd like to see this work?
hollyheadhunter Posted July 13, 2009 Author Posted July 13, 2009 Thank you for your response. In this particular situation in our database, a file may or may not not need to exist. If a file does not exist, I would prefer the space to be blank instead of displaying an error message.
Jesse Barnum Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 That makes sense - I'll add that to our feature request list for SuperContainer.
hollyheadhunter Posted July 13, 2009 Author Posted July 13, 2009 Thank you! Overall, SuperContainer is working really well for our business and I have recommended it to others.
