Help! When creating emails the send button displays 'error'

File maker Pro 8.5, on my 198th email, the button that usually says 'send' now reads 'error'. It begins to read this as soon as I choose 'email' as a type from the drop down for template. Before I've merged any addresses from the FM database.

Any ideas? urgent email to go out to Sculpture students...
