Nippon Maru Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Hi all, As you know Middle eastern languages such as Hebrew and Arabic are written predominantly right-to-left. Numbers are written with the most significant digit left-most. So is there's any one have an Arabic layouts as an example. thanks in advance
comment Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 For simple needs, I believe you can get away with just setting the font (a Unicode font with Arabic/Hebrew glyphs) and aligning text to the right. However, it doesn't work well for a mixture of text and numbers. For a true bidi implementation, you'll need to purchase the Middle East version of Filemaker from WinSoft: http://www.winsoft-international.com/en/products/filemaker-pro.html
