I will upgrading the 3.0 server to the latest filemaker server. I have a few basic questions:

1) Will the users be able to edit the data online (www)?

1.a) If they can edit the data online why will I need to purchase clients?

2) The databases I have created using filemaker 5.0 will they work with the latest server?

3) Can the data be viewed on-line?

On www you must use the Unlimited, which can open databases directly (up to 50) or from server.

Server 5 is compatible with FM files created in v. 5.

Without browsers access you must buy FM client for each machine.
