Font Size Randomly Changing

I have a layout that I'm printing in Preview Mode having selected "Sliding up based on" and "All above". Also selected is "Also reduce the size of the enclosing part"

Some text fields seem to be randomly changing font size.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Text should not change size *unless* is has some conditional formatting attached, but that's in FMP 9 and later.

Go into the layout and make sure the text is correctly formatted and has a valid font selected. If not, save a compressed copy and see if that helps.

Some text fields seem to be randomly changing font size.

Are you sure it's random? Or is it always the same fields in specific records?
