I am creating a layout for IWP that allows the users to be able to only create new records. The user wont be able to edit any current records only the records he/she has created.

Ive gotten that to work so far except that i have a few fields that depend on a value list. None of these value lists are showing up I checked all the settings and i can't seem to find why this is not working.

Thoughts?
