I'm absolutely new with FM!!

Here is my problem...

I have thousand of contacts in my DB, and I would like to create a page in the same DB, or also external to the DB, where I can see only selected contacts.

Every contacts has an ID #, name, title, company, notes, phone, email, address. I don't need to see all the fields in this new list, just name, company and notes.

Sounds like you want to add a list view, and that you want to use Find to narrow down the list.

"or also external to the DB" --what do you mean by this?
