Was reading the forums about conditional dropdown lists and started playing with it. It appears I have it working correctly. Now I want the following - when I find the record in the last dropdown list, click a button to go to that record. The database is simply several policies relating to different subjects in a company. The problem as it stands is when I click go to record it changes the title of the record. I've attached the db for clarity.
