How Do you move a Database?

This is probably a huge "no duh" question but...

When I have a container field with a Reference to a picture in it. If I move the database to another machine or to a USB drive, how do I update the reference path?

Ok, I figured it out. It was a loop with some set field in it. Kinda easy (oops)
