Hello,

I have a db that tracks the hours worked for “hourly type” employees. My goal is to have the data entry populate a form. The problem is I can’t get all the entries on 1 form, when I do the script- it creates a form for each entry.

Attached is “watered down “ version of the database.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Is the print layout set to View as List?

Thanks for suggesting that... but even when I put it as a list, it shows 4 forms instead of 1 form with 4 records on it.

Check your page setup.

On the layout, the dotted lines indicate the page boundaries. Only the objects on the left hand side of the vertical line print. the horizontlal lines indicate pages.

When I view the layout the body part extends past the page boundary. Bingo, it'll always print out two pages and the second will be blank.
