Hello,

I am considering setting up a FIleMaker Server on a windows machine. I have six PC running windows XP and one Mac OS 9.1 running DAVE to communicate with the PCs.

My question is, If Icreate a Filemaker server on a PC will the Mac Running DAVE be able to see and use the FileMaker Database.

Or do I need to consider other options.

FileMaker Server is accessible by either a Mac or Windows machine whether FMS is running on a Mac, Windows or Linux box - just make sure that the client is set to use TCP/IP as the network protocol.
