November 9, 200916 yr Hello, all.... I have a runtime solution I have put together that is giving me a brain poser. All the security and custom menus work great in the full FM client. When I generate a runtime of the database, I suddenly lose the ability to close any child window that gets opened within the database. The X button on all child windows within the runtime workspace are greyed out. Does anyone know what I must have missed in generating this runtime? Thanks David in Fishers
November 9, 200916 yr The Runtime engine disables/removes the normal "close window" button of the database window. (This is the X on the window border in Microsoft Windows or the red dot on the window on Mac OS X). You cannot turn it on again. You can provide a script menu item or a button to close the window since the Close Window script step is still available. Edited November 9, 200916 yr by Guest
