I'm developing an order tracking solution and need to send to suppliers quotation requests and orders.

Ideally, I'd like to send a pdf (human readable and locked) and a data file (xml).

Using the SendMail function and Outlook is attractive as it keeps a record of sent/recieved emails outside of a Filemaker solution. (and for the volume of expected emails, will save a shed load of work!)

I can dynamically create an attachment and add it to an email.

My question is how best to add more than one attachement, and still use Outlook as the email client?

Many thanks for any suggestions...[color:red]

Thanks Barbara,

I've just had a look at their website and their simple SendMail plugin might be just what the doctor ordered!

Again, thanks for the information,

Regards,

Paul.
