Error 474 when trying to Enable ScriptMaster on Server

I am trying to enable the ScriptMaster plugin on Windows Server 2003, FMS10, but getting Error 474 - Plug-in failed to load. Any idea how to fix this?

There was a short time last week when we had a bad build of the plugin deployed on our website. Please re-download the plugin from our site and see if that will work for you.

As an additional response to this issue -

It seems that people are experiencing this "plugin failed to load" error on servers when they copy the plugin from another computer rather than downloading directly from our website. If you are going to install a plugin on your server it will be best if you download the plugin directly from our site, rather than copy or email it from another computer, as that seems to cause permissions issues which results in the plugin failing to load.
