Using SC and the webviewer, I can view PDF files on my Mac and on my Windows 7 PC. Using the same software, my client can't see the PDF images on their Windows XP PC. They can only the PDF icon. I don't think the issue is with Windows XP, but am out of ideas. Any ideas what might be causing this problem?

SuperContainer will only generate PDF previews when running in stand-alone mode on a mac. It will not generate pdf previews when installed with FileMaker Server (using installer.jar) or in stand-alone mode on windows (using supercontainerserver.jar).
