Cross-tabs

I have tried and find very useable Mikhail Edoshin's approach to cross tab reports. I get the report in preview looking the I want, my problem is I don't want it in Preview [i have no interest in printing]. What I want is to see the whole thing in browse mode on a particular tab. Using Edoshin's approach I get only the last row of summed data.

My question is: How can I show the whole array on the tab [i am using years as rows and months as columns with performance % in the fields]?

I want to see each year and each of the corresponding month's performance.

I haven't look at Mikhail's technique in a while, but two things come to mind.

I know his techniqe preceded FM10, and therefore did not make use of browse mode subsummary reports. Enabling that might solve your requirement.

There is also the very old technique of Preview/Copy. This will put whatever you have previewed on your clipboard. You could then paste that into a container (global, perhaps).

Thanks Barbara. That is what I ended up doing and got exactly what I needed. I simply copied the whole thing from preview and pasted into a container. Maybe not elegant but, gee it works.
