SteveB Posted October 23, 2000 Posted October 23, 2000 I created a Kiosk using FM5 under Windows. The kiosk version seems to have eliminated the two plugins I was using (Troi Dialogs and PCC Calendar). They were both working in the FM5 version, but not in the kiosk. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
jfarrell Posted April 22, 2001 Posted April 22, 2001 I know your question is fairly old, but since you have received no replies I decided to respond. I also use the Kioske mode and Troi Dialog plug-in. In order to make the Troi Dialog plug-in work in the Kioske app, you need to create a System sub-folder in the Kioske folder and then copy the Trio Dialog plug-in to that folder. This seems to be the same techinue for all other plug-ins I have tried so far. Hope this is helpful... [ April 22, 2001: Message edited by: Jack Farrell ]
SteveB Posted April 22, 2001 Author Posted April 22, 2001 Thanks, but I solved that issue a long time ago (doing exactly what you said).
garhop Posted April 24, 2001 Posted April 24, 2001 Steve, Here is what I have done to solve the same problem. After creating the System folder, I found it necessary to Re-Unzip the Plug-Ins from the their original Zip files, into the System folder. Merely copying them from another folder seems, for reasons unknown, not to work Give it a try. It worked for me. Gary
