Is there away I can remap the F1 key in FM5 so that it opens my custom Help file instead of the standard FM one?.

Any other ideas regards providing Custom help files would be appreciated.

I don't think you can remap the key, but under Windows you can replace the FM Help file with your own using the windows help engine and/or a help authoring tool such as RoboHelp. I've also added a help icon on my layouts that call my own help system.
