"Read only" error on CD copy of FPM Dev application

I used FMP Developer 5 to bind a solution on both a PC and a Mac. I then copied these two applications to a CD ROM, for distribution. The Mac version works perfectly, however the Windows version gives me a message about the solution being a "read only" file. I tried copying the solution to the CD on both a Mac and a Windows machine... same results.

If you are burning a CD using ISO 9660 (dual platform) then the PC files get their file attributes changed to read only.

Only way around I have found is to copy it to your local disk then change the file attributes.

If it's only going on a PC i burn as Joliet format and it retains all attributes.

CD Software I use on PC is Adaptec Easy CD

If you install your files from some kind of installer or other type of archive (Stuffit, WinZip, etc) your files will retain thier original attributes.
