Hello i have a column called organization, how do i force the information in this column to be in small letters (not capitals).

Also in my phone column, i want all the phone numbers with an international extension to be removed (just the extension not the hole number). For example I live in Australia, the international is 61 7 or 617. How do i remove it, without doing it manually.

To format the text in the column to lower case go to the Format menu on the top bar in Layout mode. Select Style and then select lower case.

Are all the international phone numbers in the same format or are there variations that will need to be accommodated in any parsing operation? Give examples of all/any variations.
