I'm almost certain this is in the wrong place, so admin feel free to move it.

I would like to know if it is possible to get the small yellow labels you see on most interfaces when you 'Mouse over' a button or link. Just the small yellow box with a little bit more detail in it.

If so how do you go about doing this. Please point me in the right direction.
