conditional formatting on Time field?

Featured Replies

I'm trying to find a way to apply conditional formatting to a time field. The time field updates itself continually due to an unstored calculation, but I want the time (or else the field fill colour) to show one colour for working hours and a different one for outside working hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

You will want the conditional format to return a boolean result.

Self≥ Time ( 8 ; 0 ; 0 ) and Self ≤ Time ( 17 ; 0 ; 0 )

If you want time within work hours to be green, then use this calc and set the text to green. Leave the field formatted regularly as black. Then when true, the test will turn green otherwise will be black.

Does this help you move forward? :smile2:
