Showing field with quantities

Hello, I'm using filemaker 10 and I'm trying to get fields to show with quantities. I don't think that makes sense so here's an example:

I have a field called products. In this field I have:

apple

apple

apple

orange

pear

pear

Is there any way of getting that to display as:

apple - 3

orange - 1

pear - 2

or something like that.
