How is Better Random better?

I'm not yet a ScriptMaster user, but I'm considering it. I use the Random function in several of my implementations and I came across the claim that Better Random is... well... "better" than FM's Random function. Can someone tell me how it is better, or in other words, what is broken about FM's?
