Checkboxes don't show

Still struggling with the FMP 6 to 7-9 blues.

I have defined a checkbox field, but the boxes do not show. In FMP 6 there was an option to show the box outlines, but I cannot find that in FMP 9. How do I get the outlines for the boxes to show?

You'll find all these controls under Format>Field/Control>Borders. Be sure you have a line thickness and a color of the line.

But I'm sure you knew that. Good Luck.

Great - this is almost what I want - the text at the top of the field looks crowded by the to - is there a way to turn off the field border, but still keep the boxes?

yes you can, just uncheck left, right, top, bottom but leave a border size set and a color.

I actually do this all the time myself.
