A Pop-up

I am looking to find a way to show more then 2 values in a pop up.

In student register when i click on the popup I would like to see course id, Offering Title, Location, Class Start Date, Course Start Time

This way i can actually see the all the course info in on box before i select that course and enroll a student in the course.

The reason for this type of popup is that we offer the same course at many location and times.

Here is a jpeg of what I am trying to do.

(popup jpeg) On the left side of the photo is the popup, and the right side were it says [color:blue]click here is what pops up in the photo on the left. This is all in one window i put these two photo in to one.

With this it still need to fill in the boxes below where it say click here (Course Type, Location, Start Date.

You can create a calculation field in the Course table that concatenates the fields that you want to appear in the popup. Use this calc field as the second value in the popup (the first is the Course ID).

You might also explore a popup list selector. That would allow the user to sort, find and then select. See this thread for demo. Popup Select Demo
