unable to publish database using IWP on Filemaker Server

Featured Replies

I installed FileMaker Server 10 Advanced and tested all the sample pages for IWP, PHP, XSLT, and everything seemed to work fine. Using FileMaker server, I hosted my own database, with web access priviledges set up. The browser displays the database home page which displays my database link but when I clicked on the link nothing shown. I have gone through the manual a couple of times but found nothing that can help me. I'm not sure what else to do.

No error messages? Can you tell if the browser is busy trying to load the page?

Can you load the IWP test page from the same workstation?

No error message from the server. It just displayed a blank page. I was able to run IWP test page successfully from the same work station.

check the event logs on filemaker server and the web access log that filemaker server keeps. See if there are any clues there.

Also try with another file to try and narrow the focus down to either the server (unlikely) or something in the file.

Thanks for your reply. I found that the problem was because my database name has spaces in it. I renamed the database and IWP worked fine.
