Wondering some... eventual i will but right now do i have to?

I am XP only... I make a runtimes and everything works in Vista..

However prospects now have window 7.. I didn't upgrade to FM ver 10 but only tested my my souce running the free trail FM ver.

But now Windows 7 is out there.. I get the impression or maybe i am assuming... from others running Window7 that my current run-time version created in FM9 doesn't run??

If I upgrade to 11 Adv. and compile a runtime...

[color:red]it be just for purpose of Window 7 users..

If I used new features in FM 11... then it appears i have to maintain 2 sets of code///

1) for my fm8.5 ver user/ and FMver9 runtines

2) Now run FM11 to create runtimes for Window users with my FM9 source code --- then i start learning adding new features

I am also running Troi... that seems compatible reading from others..

And another thing...my application is heavy scattered using ZippScripts for triggers

Last... trying to figure if my clients can mix 8.5 FM version to FM11 in the network.. and its be my testing to find out what features may or not work...

TIA any comments..

I think this is the longest run-on question I've ever seen... you lost me somewhere in the middle, but I'll answer that I've not experienced any runtime issues with Windows 7 with version 10 or 11.
