Hello,

Thanks in advance for your help. I have teacher making evaluation records for their students, they should only be making one per year per student. That's great if they do it correctly, but they are not. They have any from 1-infinity. How do I limit them one per student per year?

My search is based individual school, school year and other various criterion. I have no marker to exclude these bogus records, now how to identify them as bogus records.

Can this be done in FMP? Or is this an administrative problem?
