Sample.fp7

I can't find Sample.fp7.

So I pretty much can't even get started on learning to use Filemaker pro.

Its not in my files under EnglishExtras/Tutorial, nor can I download it from filemaker.com/documentation.

Please can somebody help me, so I can get started?
