Print in bookform

I need to print records in bookform on Letter pages, in landscape setup.

The records are sorted alphabetically.

I have data of 3 records on one page side.

Basically, if I have f.i 20 pages, I need data of record 1, 2 and 3 at the left side and data of record 58, 59 and 60 on the right side, because that will be the last page.

Is there a way to calculate this and to print it on both sides of the pages.

Any thoughts?

I did a search prior my post, but probably on the wrong criteria.

For your warning: I'm not afraid of 'difficult' or 'not easy'.

Working for a government with every 6 months a new 'boss' who wants 'his/her name stamp' on everything and believes that the number of political friends = IQ, is already a daily battle.
