You can use URLs and XML requests to trigger scripts in filemaker and get data into and out of Flash. This works best when a file is hosted on FileMaker Server because of IP configurations, but it may be fine with FileMaker Pro as well.

You can also use the 360Works RemoteScripter plugin to trigger scripts on FileMaker pro using a URL from flash or any other service.
