I need to add a few fields to an existing production database and migrate it. We've created a copy of the database and added the fields. How do we migrate these changes into the Production Database without loosing the updates that were made to the production database since the copy?

Redo your changes.

In the future take care to either make ALL changes directly in the production databases or make NO changes in the production databases.
