Mark a Point on a Picture

Hello,

I'm producing a Shrink Wrap solution dedicated to the running of Care homes, their patients and staff. I've pretty much wrapped up everything except one feature whose implementation is baffling me:

One section of the software deals with patients medical assessment, specifically - Pressure Sores (Bed Sores).

I have a graphic representing the front and rear view of a generic human body.

I'd like the user to be able to click on the graphic, e.g, Front View - Top Left Shoulder and leave a small mark to indicate the region where a Pressure Sore is located. He'd then fill in a side panel to indicate type, severity, pain etc - Click Add, and the point would be added to the database.

Anyone have any ideas?

I could do this easily in flash - but how do make sure that the user has flash available? How do I point the web interface to a graphic stored on the users computer?

There must be an easy way... perhaps using Overlay Marker? - a function with apparently little to no documentation, making it virtually useless.

This may get you started:

Whoops, sorry if you are actually on FM8, this requires at least FM10
