Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to check via scripting if a record is busy. Is the only way to know if a user is in a record to attempt to modify it and capture the resulting error code, or is there a more direct way?

Thanks Fitch... next question... is it possible to determine which user account is holding the record hostage? I'd like to display an error dialog saying who to go see :

Wouldn't that be nice? Not an option, unfortunately.
