Not directly. But if using External Server Authentication, your Domain Security Policy could be set to require a log-out after inactivity.

You can also get the same effect by using the screen saver on the computer to come on after 15 minutes. And require a PW to unlock the screen saver.

This will also require you to make sure the users don't have the ability to override that setting.

You can probably time out users by upgrading to FMP 10 or 11 and using Script Timers. This may require some major work depending on your database.

I wouldn't recommend either of these steps. Screen savers are fairly easy to crack. Script timers aren't intended for this purpose.
