Is it possible to install FMS 10 Advanced on Windows 2008 server ?

Yes it is. Use the 32 bit edition of WIndows Server 2008 Standard Edition. Server 10 will run on the 64 bit edition of Windows Server 2008, but only in 32 bit mode.

No difference Advanced vrs. Standard or 10 vrs 11. They are both 32 bit services.
