Was not sure where to post this, is anyone doing online training or troubleshooting calls using Webex or some other app? I'm looking to do advanced training, and have our help desk be able to set up a conference to go over issues and or questions real time live. Any recommendations for apps or services?

I believe there is one but I just could not recall it. But one thing I know is that it's not free but you get served really well. You get real time and interactive lessons and tutorials. My friend went through that and got the membership. I'll go ask him about it and PM you.
