When I try to create a DSN for FMPro 5 under ODBC for Windows 2000 Pro, I get an error 126 message. Any ideas why?

Which DSN are you creating the entry under File/User or System?

I also have the same problem. I have looked at the forums, and they say you need to do a full install of Filemaker Pro 5.0, but I never had a full install option. I do a complete Custom, and when I try to create the ODBC data sources for either User or System is gets error 126. I installed the newest MDAC 2.6, and it still doesn't work. I am very frustrated, and haven't found a solution yet. Any help would be much appreciated.

The "full install option" and "complete Custom" is not the same.

Well, I know for me at least, when I do the install, there is no FULL INSTALL option. Which is very frustrating as that seems to be the answer people give out to fix this.
