Portal Scrolling

When scrolling though a set of records in a portal the field that comprises the record itself changing to a selected state. I can't really describe it better then that, but I've included a picture of what I'm talking about.

Is there a way to format the field or portal so that this doesn't happen?

Never mind, figured it out. Show field frames when record is active was checked.
