July 7, 201015 yr Hello everyone... I was asked to add a feature to an existing file. What we have is a table that has appointments and a field called NSO with a unique text value in it. I have created a new table called NSO_Imports. The NSO_Imports table has several fields ID, NSO_PDF_Name, NSO_PDF_Imported (Container), cNSO. In NSO_Imports I import PDF files into a container field and the cNSO number strips calculates on the NSO_PDF_Name field to get a value that matches NSO field in the appointments table. So I can relate on that. On a layout that is based on appointments, I would like to have a print button that will print the layout the way I have it and if in the NSO field has a value then the script will go to the NSO_Imports table and find the related PDF record and print the contents of the container field. I am not sure how to set this up to work and was looking for any ideas out there.
