I guess that's the right subject description.

I'm going to be needing to buy a Mac Pro to run a specific solution. There won't be that many users hitting on it, but the table sizes are in the millions of records. Most of the tables/fields are fully indexed.

So, the question is, how much is too much? Is there such a thing as too much RAM? Do I need the fastest processor speed? Or is hard drive access speed more important?

Right now the solution is about 20 GB. It shouldn't grow to more than 40 GB.
