I am trying to upgrade my Supercontainer to the latest version released on 7/12. I downloaed it and Double clicked on the installer.jar, clicked upgrade and the window just hangs. Do I have to stop the SC Server before upgrading?

I just tested on Windows and Mac, and the upgrade is working for me. Do you mind calling me so we can setup screen sharing?

Check and make sure that you have permissions to you FileMakerServer/Web Publishing/publishing-engine/cwpe-tomcat/bin/SuperContainer directory. If you haven't made any changes to the files in that folder then I would recommend deleting the directory and running the installer again.

If you have made changes to the web.xml file you should write down your folder paths you modified, delete the SuperContainer directory, and then re-enter your modified paths to the web.xml file.
